§ 150.23 COUNTY INSPECTOR'S REVIEW TIME.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Hamilton County Building Inspector shall have a reasonable time to determine the legality and conformance of all applications, plans, specifications and details of applications for building permits in which certified building inspection is required under the Ohio Building Code.
