For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUILDING INSPECTOR. Where used in relation to single-family, two-family and three-family residential buildings, the phrase means the Terrace Park Building Inspector. Where used in relation to multi-family residences in excess of three units, commercial, office, retail and industrial construction, the phrase means the Hamilton County Building Inspector.
CLASS A CONSTRUCTION. Single-family, two-family or three-family residential buildings.
CLASS B CONSTRUCTION. Multi-family residences in excess of three units, commercial, office, retail and industrial buildings.
OWNER. Includes the record owner of the premises in question and any authorized representative thereof.
PERSON. Includes the singular and the plural and shall also include any person, firm or corporation, association, club, co-partnership, society or other organization.
