§ 150.05 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE ADOPTED.
   (A)   In order to regulate the erection, construction, repair, alteration, and maintenance of residential dwellings, the Residential Building Code of Ohio for One-, Two-, and Three-Family Dwellings as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards pursuant to R.C. § 3781.10, shall apply and be enforced within the village.
   (B)   The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to sign and submit an application to the Ohio Board of Building Standards requesting said Board to certify the village for the enforcement of the Residential Building Code of Ohio.
   (C)   As to the application of the RCO in the village, the following information is hereby supplemented into RCO Section 4101:8-3-01, Table 301.2(1):

      SUBJECT TO DAMAGE FROM, Frost line depth: 30"
      MEAN ANNUAL TEMP: 52°F
      FLOOD HAZARDS: (a) date of entry into National Flood Insurance program is January 5, 1984; (b) date of flood insurance study is January 5, 1984, revised May 17, 2004; (c) panel numbers and date of currently effective flood hazard maps 262, 264, 266, 268, February 17, 2010.
