(A) Conformity required. Permission may be granted to persons who desire to construct and/or erect a fence within the municipality; provided, that such construction and/or erection shall be in conformance with and compliance with the Zoning Ordinance then in force and effect.

(B) Penalty. Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be fined not more than $100. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
