§ 94.66 USE OF MIAMI GROVE.
   (A)   Entrance to the Miami Grove is restricted to Terrace Park residents and their guests.
   (B)   All vehicles will require a Terrace Park Miami Grove Parking permit.
   (C)   Hours of regular use. Any resident and/or their guest may use and enjoy Miami Grove between dawn and dusk.
   (D)   Vehicles prohibited. No permitted motor vehicle, including electric underspeed vehicles, are allowed past the parking lot barriers.
   (E)   Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
   (F)   Special occupancy permit required for other uses. Any use of Miami Grove other than that set forth in division (A) of this section shall be only by notification to the Police Department and issuance of a permit by the Chief of Police and or Village Administrator.
   (G)   Permits revocable. Any permit issued for Miami Grove under the provisions of this section shall be revocable at the will of the Chief of Police and or Village Administrator.
   (H)   Liability of permittee; payment for damages.
      (1)   Any person, group, organization, or association to whom a special occupancy permit is issued under the provisions of this section shall indemnify and save harmless the municipality from any and all injuries and/or death to persons or property caused by or resulting from the use, occupancy and enjoyment of Miami Grove by virtue of permits granted under the provisions of this section.
      (2)   By acceptance of the special occupancy permit, such person, group, organization or association agrees to pay for any and all damages caused by or occasioned by the use of Miami Grove by the permittee.
      (3)   The person, group, organization or association, its successors, and assigns, will also agree to pay for any and all damage occasioned by the use of Miami Grove, if any.
   (I)   Compliance. No person, group, organization, association or assembly of people shall use or occupy Miami Grove except in accordance with the provisions of this section.
   (J)   Penalty. Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
