§ 94.43 CHANGES IN STREET USES.
   The permittee of any revocable street privilege may be required at any time, on 30-days notice by the Village Street Commissioner, to make any necessary change in the construction or location of a permitted use which may be required in connection with the street widening or other change of street uses by the village, or in connection with the authorized location or change of location of any public utility service lines, pipes, poles or other equipment. If the permittee shall fail to make the required change in accordance with the order of the Village Street Commissioner, the latter shall be authorized to make the change and charge the cost to the permittee, or in the case of a privately owned public utility company, the Village Street Commissioner shall authorize such company to make the change and the permittee shall be liable for the reasonable cost thereof.
