§ 94.41 REVOCABLE STREET PRIVILEGES GENERALLY.
   (A)   The enjoyment of revocable privileges on, under or over public streets, alleys and ways by abutting owners or others for private purposes shall be subject to regulation and control as provided by this subchapter. Nothing in this subchapter shall apply to the use of village streets by duly authorized public utility corporations for the furnishing of utilities services to consumers in the village in accordance with regulations established for that purpose. Furthermore, nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to exempt any permittee from complying with other rules, regulations and laws applicable to the improvements or uses, including building and health regulations.
   (B)   Unless otherwise specially permitted, encroachments by building structures or other improvements on, over or under public streets, alleys or ways shall be regulated in accordance with provisions of the Building Code.
