(A) Any person, firm, partnership or corporation which constructs, extends, relocates or uses a driveway or causes or allows the aforesaid to occur without a permit required by this subchapter or contrary to the terms of the permit shall be guilty of improper use of driveway, a minor misdemeanor.
(B) Each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) The penalty for the improper use of a driveway shall be a fine not in excess of $100 per violation.
