(A) The Village Council hereby authorizes and delegates to the Ohio Department of Transportation the duty and authority to perform all inspections and issue all permits for the installation of water lines, stormwater lines, gas and electric lines and all borings within the right-of-way of state- maintained roads in this municipality in accordance with the standards and specifications adopted by the Ohio Department of Transportation.
(B) Any permit and inspection fees shall be in accordance with those established by the Ohio Department of Transportation. Such fees, if any, shall be paid directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. No additional fees shall be charged to the village by the Ohio Department of Transportation.
