§ 93.57 EXEMPT ACTIVITIES.
   Activity that is exempt from this regulation includes emergency repairs made necessary by fire, flooding or other sudden physical damage to a building. Also exempt are repairs to water or gas lines or repairs to other pre-existing facilities.
