(A) Pursuant to R.C. § 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the municipality the Ohio Fire Code (OFC) as adopted by the Ohio Division of State Fire Marshal, Department of Commerce, effective June 1, 1985, and as published in O.A.C. Division 1301:7, except O.A.C. § 1301:7-3-09 which is excluded.
(B) The BOCA Basic/National Fire Prevention Code, 1984, Sixth Edition, as amended by O.A.C. Chapters 1301:7-1 to 1301:7-7, as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as if set out in full.
