§ 90.16 NOISES OF ANIMALS OR FOWL CAUSING A NUISANCE.
   (A)   No person shall keep or harbor any animal or fowl within the municipality which, by frequent and habitual barking, howling, yelping, crowing or other noises creates such loud and disturbing noises of such a character, intensity or duration as to unreasonably disturb the peace and quiet of persons residing in the vicinity of the disturbance. Any person who shall allow any animal or fowl habitually to remain, be lodged or fed within any dwelling, building, yard or enclosure which he or she occupies or owns shall be considered as harboring such animal or fowl.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
