§ 76.07 LOCAL PARKING REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Prohibited parking. No person shall park or leave standing at any time any vehicle, except municipal police vehicles and those used by other governmental and public authorities, in any of the following places:
      (1)   On both sides of Wooster Pike within the municipal corporate limits.
      (2)   On the driveway which serves the municipal fire station and Community House.
      (3)   On Elm Avenue within 50 feet of the northerly entrance and within 160 feet of the southerly entrance of the driveway which serves the municipal fire station and Community House.
      (4)   On the westerly side of Elm Avenue within 200 feet of its intersection with Wooster Pike.
      (5)   On Elm Avenue between its intersection with Wooster Pike and Ford Road.
      (6)   On Miami Avenue within 400 feet of the northerly municipal corporation line.
      (7)   On Sycamore Street within 400 feet of its intersection with Miami Avenue.
      (8)   On both sides of Stanton Avenue between its intersection with Myrtle Avenue and Elm Avenue in marked areas.
      (9)   On the pedestrian path, located on those portions of Elm Avenue which are South of Stanton Avenue continuing through Wooster Pike.
   (B)   One hour parking. No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle for more than one hour at any one time in the following places: On Terrace Place from the northerly line of Harvard Avenue as extended across Terrace Place to the southerly line of the unnamed alley (one block north of and running parallel to Harvard Avenue) as extended across Terrace Place.
   (C)   The Chief of Police of the village shall have the authority to approve a limited number of handicapped parking spaces on Elm Avenue in front of Terrace Park Elementary School as designated by the school for parking by handicapped persons and disabled veterans. The use of a portion of the right-of-way of Elm Avenue for handicapped parking spaces shall not exceed the area specifically approved by the Chief of Police.
   (D)   Fire lane and no parking areas on village community property. No person shall park or leave standing at any time any vehicle, except municipal police and fire vehicles and those used by other governmental and public authorities, within the fire lane or fire and police no parking areas, as designated on the village community property know as 428 Elm Avenue, Terrace Park, Ohio, and as described in the plat thereof attached to Ordinance 9-1977, which is hereby adopted by reference and shall be treated as if set forth in full herein.
