§ 72.41 PEDESTRIAN WALKWAYS.
   (A)   Indian Hill Road pedestrian walkway. The Indian Hill Road pedestrian walkway as established by Ordinance 16-1971, passed October 12, 1971, is hereby reaffirmed and shall be governed by all applicable sections of this Traffic Code.

   (B)   Elm Road pedestrian walkway.
      (1)   There is hereby established a pedestrian walkway within the existing limits of the bicycle path and walkway along the northerly and easterly sides of Elm Road from the west line of Princeton to the northerly line of Ford Road extended and across the railroad bridge on Elm Road and down ramps on the walkways on either side thereof. The pedestrian zone shall be appropriately marked and delineated so as to furnish adequate warning to bicycles and pedestrians over and along Elm Road within the limits of the existing walkways.
      (2)   Appropriate signs advising pedestrians and bicycle users proceeding over and along Elm Road within the limits of the walkways and bicycle paths and the necessary traffic signs shall be placed on the north and easterly side of Elm Road between Princeton and Ford Road and across the railroad bridge and the ramps adjacent thereto notifying and warning pedestrians and bicycle users of the establishment and existence of the pedestrian area.
      (3)   No person shall operate a bicycle, coaster wagon or other wheeled vehicle or device within the limits of the pedestrian walkway.
