§ 51.03 WATER CONNECTIONS OUTSIDE THE MUNICIPALITY.
   (A)   Unauthorized connection outside the municipality. No person, not heretofore authorized by Council, shall open any street or other public way in the municipality to tap or make attachments to any water pipes belonging to the municipality for the purpose of taking or supplying water from or through the water distribution system of the municipality to or for use on or in any lot or premises not located within the municipality.

   (B)   Conditions for authorized connections. Council may authorize such action and use of water as provided in division (A) to serve any residence located on a lot outside of the municipality abutting a street or other public way within the municipality; provided, such residence is constructed in accordance with the provisions of the Terrace Park Building Code on a lot conforming to the provisions of the Terrace Park Zoning Ordinance applicable to the district abutting such lot.
