§ 50.08 COMPLIANCE WITH COUNTY HEALTH RULES; CERTAIN MATERIALS PROHIBITED.

The sanitary landfill shall be kept and operated in conformance with the rules and regulations of the Board of Health for Hamilton County. No edible, highly toxic, nor dangerous materials, highly flammable materials, or poisonous or noxious materials shall be deposited in the sanitary landfill under any condition.
