§ 50.04 SANITARY LANDFILL USE RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   The use of the sanitary landfill located within the municipality, south of the railroad right-of- way and east of Elm Road, shall be limited to residents of the village and to the disposal of decomposable items, subject to the following exemptions.
   (B)   No commercial, industrial, general contractor or similar type of organization shall be allowed to use the sanitary landfill for disposition of trash, debris and refuse, except as follows and provided a permit has been issued for such use:
      (1)   Public utilities may dispose of limbs, chips and stumps, asphalt or concrete material where such trash is originated within the municipality.
      (2)   Tree service companies may dispose of limbs, trees and leaves which are accumulated as the result of work within the municipality.
      (3)   Paving contractors may dispose of trash and debris which result from work done within the municipality.
