The municipality will pick up only disposable items, which shall be placed at the appropriate pick-up spot, either in front or rear of the residence for pick-up no earlier than 4:00 p.m. of the date preceding the scheduled pick-up. When such pick-up spot is located on the street, either at the front or side of the residence, the empty containers shall be removed from such pick-up spot no later than 9:00 p.m. the day of the scheduled pick-up. When the pick-up spot is in an alley, the empty containers shall be set upright on the pick-up spot no later than 9:00 p.m. the day of the scheduled pick-up.
