The Village Council hereby adopts and approves the Personnel Policies and Procedures for the Village of Terrace Park. The Personnel Policies and Procedures, as may be amended from time to time, are hereby adopted by reference and shall be treated as if set forth in full herein. Such policies are intended to be in conformity with state and federal laws as well as specific needs of the village.
