2-3-16: PENALTY:
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 142, 6-18-1996; amd. 2012 Code)
