A. Except as provided in subsection B of this section, all permit and license recipients must post the license or permit in a conspicuous place within the licensed building described in the application.
B. Any license issued pursuant to Wyoming Statutes section 12-4-103(a)(iv) shall be held by the Town Clerk-Treasurer in the Town Clerk-Treasurer's Office, or other location as described by the Town Clerk-Treasurer, until the license can be placed in a physical functional building.
