10-1-1: STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION:
The legislature of the state has, in Wyoming Statutes section 15-1-103, delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety and general welfare of its citizenry. (Ord. 112, 8-7-1989; amd. 2012 Code)
