9-1-6: CONFLICTS OF REQUIREMENTS:
Whenever the requirements of this title conflict with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted rules, regulations, ordinances or resolutions, the most restrictive or that imposing higher standards shall govern. (1986 Code § 4-305)
