9-1-2: JURISDICTION:

The mayor and town council are hereby vested with jurisdiction in all matters pertaining to land use zoning for the purpose of protecting the health, comfort and general prosperity of the town within the corporate limits. (Ord. 159, 4-6-2004; amd. 2012 Code)
