A. Contract For Usage: The provisions of this section fixing the rate of usage of sewer service within the Town shall be considered a contract with every person, corporation or association which has service taps on the sewer system of the Town.
B. Rates:
1. The property owner will be held responsible for all sewer usage fees. All sewer usage fees are payable monthly in advance to the Town Clerk-Treasurer and the Clerk-Treasurer is prohibited from extending credit to anyone. The charge for sewer furnished by the Town to any person, corporation or association inside and outside the corporate limits of the Town shall be as follows:

2. The Town will review the user charge system not less often than every two (2) years and will revise the system as necessary to assure equity of the system and to assure that sufficient funds will be collected from the system to adequately operate and maintain the waste treatment works. Rates shall be established for each type of sewer service to take into consideration usage, volume, character and additional treatment requirements of the waste.
C. Payment Of Fees: Payment of sewer usage fees shall be made to the Town Clerk-Treasurer at the Town Hall located in Ten Sleep, Wyoming. Said payments shall be made monthly in advance. (Ord. 203, 7-10-2017; amd. Ord. 235, 7-10-2023)
