7-2-5: SERVICE AND ASSESSMENT CHARGES:
   A.   Payment Of Service Charges: Service charges must be paid when and if they are required by the Town. (1986 Code § 19-202)
   B.   Fees In Addition To Assessment Charge: The tap-on fees and service charges will be in addition to the assessment charge. (1986 Code § 19-203)
