Every person desiring a sewer hookup for domestic purposes must make application therefor to the Town upon forms to be furnished by the Town for that purpose. The application must state fully and truly for what purpose and all uses to which the sewer is to be supplied, and no different or additional uses will be allowed, except by permission and when so supplied shall be paid by the person using the service pipes. In the event of an industrial or commercial application, which shall include but is not limited to a facility that serves more than ten (10) unrelated persons or that generates waste water other than domestic sewage, the applicant must provide the Town with a complete description of the anticipated volumes and waste characterization and any additional information the Town shall request.
