7-2-3: LICENSED PLUMBERS REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for any person, persons or corporation, either as owner, contractor or laborer, who are not licensed plumbers, to do or perform any sewer connection or to construct any private sewer for the purpose of connecting with the main or any district sewer in the Town. (1986 Code § 19-102; amd. 2012 Code)
