7-2-1: CONNECTION PERMIT:
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to tap or make connection with any main or district sewer installed in the Town without first obtaining a permit for the same from the Town Clerk-Treasurer as hereinafter provided. (1986 Code § 19-101)
