7-1-14: USE OF PRIVATE WELLS:
No consumer, taking water service from the town system, shall connect his system to a private well or any other water source of any kind. No cross connections may be made into any part of the potable water system under any conditions. No consumer, taking water service from the town, shall drill and/or complete a well without consent from the town or town council. (Ord. 179, 10-5-2010)
