No consumer shall supply water to other consumers from his premises, except as approved by town council. After water has been introduced into any building or upon any premises, no person shall employ a plumber or permit another person to make a tap or connection with the service pipes upon the premises for alteration, extension or attachment, without the permission of the chief operator or his designee. It shall be unlawful for any person to take or utilize water upon his premises unless a water permit has been obtained therefor. (Ord. 179, 10-5-2010)
