Hoses larger than one inch (1") and underground sprinkler lines larger than two inches (2") will not be permitted. This provision does not apply to town parks. The right is reserved to suspend the use of fountains, yard hydrants and hoses for sprinkling yards and gardens, and underground sprinklers, whenever it is necessary in the opinion of the chief operator or his designee.
