7-1-3: FEES FOR DISCONNECTIONS AND RECONNECTIONS:
The fee for disconnecting and reconnecting service to any consumer shall be set by the Town Council by resolution. The sole exception to this fee is for emergency disconnections or reconnections as determined by the chief operator or his designee. (Ord. 179, 10-5-2010)
