7-1-2: ACCOUNTING MAINTAINED:
When the Town shall enter into any contract as provided in section 7-1-1 of this chapter, and water is supplied to such applicant thereunder, it shall be the duty of the Town Clerk- Treasurer to keep a separate, detailed and accurate account of all water rents and charges due from each consumer, with all debits and credits as the case may be.
