6-4-9: EXISTING TREES IN PLACE:
Trees already in place and growing on the effective date hereof shall be exempt from sections 6-4-4 and 6-4-5 of this chapter. However, any replacement trees shall be governed by those sections. (Ord. 161, 1-4-2005)
