6-4-1: DEFINITIONS:
PARK TREES: Trees and other woody vegetation in town parks, and all areas owned by the town, or to which the public has free access as a park.
STREET TREES: Trees and other woody vegetation on land lying between property lines on either side of all streets, alleys or ways within the town. (Ord. 161, 1-4-2005)
