A. Local, tax exempt, nonprofit organizations, church sponsored organizations, school districts, community clubs and fraternal organizations must apply to the town clerk-treasurer for a permit to conduct activities on the town park area. No fee will be charged for this permit. (1986 Code § 27-202)
B. Any profit orientated individual or group, other than those mentioned in subsection A of this section, upon applying for a permit, will be charged a fee prescribed by the town council. (1986 Code § 27-203)
