5-2-5: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, plus costs of suit. (1986 Code § 20-105; amd. 2012 Code)
