8-2-4: DISCHARGE OF DISCONTINUED OR BANNED CHEMICALS:

It is a violation of this chapter for any person to discharge any material to the municipal stormwater system, containing any pesticide, herbicide or fungicide, the manufacture of which has been banned by the environmental protection agency or the California department of pesticide regulation.
