8-1-2: RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION:

Responsibility for the administration and implementation of this title shall be the responsibility of the city manager for the city of Temple City.

   A.   Delegation Of Powers:

      1.   Whenever a power is granted to or a duty is imposed upon the city manager by this title, that power may be exercised or the duty may be performed by a deputy of the city manager or a person authorized pursuant to law by the manager, unless this title expressly provides otherwise.
