Exterior Design Review for New Buildings, Additions or Expansions: Required Design Criteria: Buildings, additions, or expansions which result in the addition of one hundred (100) square feet or more of floor area will be subject to review and approval by the director consistent with the requirements shown in Table 9-1J-4.
