3-7-4: ARROWS AND SIMILAR MISSILES:
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a person shall not within any district or area described in this chapter shoot any arrow or similar missile to be shot, and a person, firm or corporation shall not cause or permit any arrow or similar missile to be shot at any place within two hundred (200) yards of any public highway, private street used by the general public, recreational area, park, riding and hiking trail, dwelling house, camp or place of human habitation, except when the arrow is shot under the adult supervision of a person connected with a responsible organization, as determined to be same by the city manager of the city, and then any arrow shot shall be from and at all times remains on or over, and lands upon private property, if all persons occupying or having the right to occupy such private property or portion thereof, consent thereto, and no arrow shall be shot anywhere unless said range shall be at least two hundred feet (200') in length and fifty feet (50') in width.
