4-12-6: VENDING IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS:

No stationary vending cart may be used to vend within a residential-zoned area. However, a roaming sidewalk vendor may use a roaming vending cart within a residential zone, and must move continuously except when necessary to complete a sale. (Ord. 19-1035)
