§ 34.15 WAY-FINDING SIGNAGE FUND.
   (A)   Established. The Common Council hereby establishes a Way-Finding Signage Fund until all funds are depleted for their intended purpose and use.
   (B)   Purpose. The Development and Action Committee, established by the city developed a project to design and create way-finding signage to direct citizens and visitors to various businesses, not-for-profit organizations and historic buildings in the downtown area.
   (C)   The Way-Finding Signage Fund shall be self-sustaining with the sale of advertising space on each sign for the businesses to purchase advertising space for the business name, however, not-for-profit organizations and historic buildings will be permitted without cost.
   (D)   The city shall act as the fiscal agent for all deposits and expenditures of non-appropriated funds received from the purchase of advertising space on the signage for the establishment and maintenance of future and existing signage.
   (E)   At this time this fund shall become dormant any remaining funds will be declared dormant by the Common Council and be transferred to the city’s General Fund.
