(A) The city will receive federal grant funds in the amount of $225,000 to allow for the securing of planning services and technical assistance relating to the evaluation leading to the certification of the floodwall in Tell City, Indiana; and
(B) The Common Council hereby establishes a non-reverting Floodwall Certification Fund until all funds are depleted for their intended purpose and use.
