§ 90.08 TOWING FEES.
   The Police Department shall assess a $35 towing fee for each vehicle the Police Department orders towed as a result of criminal and/or traffic infraction violations. The Police Department shall collect the towing fee prior to releasing any towed vehicle to its owners and shall forward these towing fees to the Clerk Treasurer of the city on at least a monthly basis.
