§ 151.21 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   A permit shall be obtained before beginning any activity described in § 151.18 of the city code, the cost of which exceeds $4,000, using forms furnished by the Building Inspector, and which fees shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer of the city.
