§ 151.19 ADOPTION OF RULES BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   Building rules of the State Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission, as set out in the following articles of IAC Title 675, are hereby incorporated by reference in this subchapter, and shall include later amendments to those articles as the same are published in the State Register or the State Administrative Code, with effective dates as fixed therein.
      (1)   For building codes, the following codes and standards shall be adopted:
         (a)   Fire and Building Safety Standards;
         (b)   State Building Code;
         (c)   State Building Code Standards; and
         (d)   State Handicapped Accessibility Code;
      (2)   For one- and two-family dwelling codes, the following codes and standards shall be adopted:
         (a)   Council of American Building Officials One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code;
         (b)   CABO One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code and amendments; and
         (c)   Standards for Permanent Installation of Manufactured Homes.
      (3)   The State Plumbing Code shall be adopted.
      (4)   For electrical codes, the following codes shall be adopted:
         (a)   State Electrical Code; and
         (b)   Safety Code for Healthcare Facilities.
      (5)   The State Mechanical Code shall be adopted.
      (6)   For energy conservation codes, the following codes shall be adopted:
         (a)   State Energy Conservation Code; and
         (b)   Modifications to the Model Energy Code.
      (7)   The State Swimming Pool Code shall be adopted.
   (B)   Copies of adopted building rules, codes, and standards are on file in the Office of the Building Commissioner.
