§ 151.02 INSTALLATION OF SERVICE ENTRANCES FOR ELECTRIC AND WATER SERVICE CONNECTIONS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      ELECTRIC SERVICE ENTRANCE. That part of the house wiring necessary to connect the interior wiring to the service lines of the City Electric Department.
      WATER SERVICE ENTRANCE. That part of the plumbing necessary to connect the interior piping to the mains of the City Water Department.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to install any service entrance for electric or water service until approved application for service has first been secured from the City Light Department or the City Water Department.
   (C)   All service entrances shall be installed according to the rules and regulations of the respective departments of the city pertaining to the electric and water installations.
   (D)   That any electrician or plumber making any service entrance without first securing the approved application therefor shall have his or her license to do electrical or plumbing work in the city revoked by the Mayor and Common Council, upon proof of the violation of the provisions of this section.
