§ 51.03 BLANKET BOND.
   (A)   The City Electric Department, acting by and through its Board of Directors, is allowed to file a blanket bond to cover the faithful performance of all employees, including all appointed board members, commission members or fiscal officers responsible for approving vouchers or payments.
   (B)   The Superintendent is hereby authorized to sign any documents which may be necessary for the issuance and filing of the blanket bond.
